Resources for Learning


Terms and conditions for all packages

Customers are required to return books to Resources for Learning in a good condition and state of repair – lost or damaged items will be charged for at replacement cost at the end of the customer agreement.

Any requests must be received by the last day of term, according to the SCC school terms calendar for guaranteed delivery on the first Resources for Learning scheduled delivery day of the following term.  (for information regarding your delivery day please contact Resources for Learning).  

Any person ordering books and wishing to collect in person from Resources for Learning must specify this at the time of ordering. 

Damaged or Unreturned guided readers will be charged on a termly basis. 


Gold package specifics:

Customers may have an unlimited loan of resources throughout the duration of the agreement. This is subject to availability.


Silver package specifics:

Customers are entitled to borrow a limited amount of items throughout the academic year according to the level of your package. This includes items from our guided reading collection. Please note that a pack of guided reading resources is equal to six items. Resources are issued for the duration of the term. Items can be renewed, subject to demand and will count as another loan.

The silver package includes 3 levels

Level 3 – 1000 items, Level 2 – 650 items and Level 1 – 350 items

These are to be borrowed over an academic year

The customer is responsible for keeping track of the number of loans received.  Reports can be requested from Resources for Learning confirming these figures.

Customers exceeding their loan limit will be charged at the current PAYG price per item or have the option to upgrade their level of subscription.  RfL can advise on the most cost-effective solution.

Customers wishing to increase their subscription level during the year may do so and should contact Resources for Learning for advice.
